Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and resilient individual to join our team as an Office Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for a diverse range of administrative tasks that support our operations. You will collaborate closely with both clients and team members to ensure the smooth execution of projects and contribute to their successful completion.

Responsibilities:
- Answer company phone, email, and other client correspondence
- Update CRM Daily, including scheduling of crews
- Prepare and send out invoices, pay vendor invoices
- Fulfill general administrative responsibilities
- Assist in managing bi-weekly payroll, human resources
- Assist with marketing platforms and content
- Support team with event coordination, correspondence, and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail with the capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to take the lead in team meetings and training sessions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
